Abstract

In view of the serious vibration problem of the inclined conveyor shell of combine, the dynamic signal test and analysis system is adopted to realize the horizontal control of agricultural machinery by controlling the electromagnetic directional valve. In order to improve the bearing accuracy, this paper designs a bearing tilt detection device, when the tilt reaches its set value, it can send an alarm to start the emergency response. The real-time measurement algorithm of tractor inclination angle is tested on a three-axis multifunctional turntable. The automatic leveling system of agricultural machinery is tested on site, and the minimum inclination angle of the chute conveying various kinds of grain and oil materials is obtained. It has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency and small resolution error. It can correct the tilt image in real time. The research is helpful to adapt to the new requirements of modern agricultural large-scale agricultural machinery or production facilities. The monitoring system has practical guiding significance in the construction process, and has promotion value.

针对联合收割机倾斜输送机壳体振动严重的问题,采用动态信号测试分析系统,通过控制电磁换向阀实现对农业机械的水平控制。为了提高轴承精度,本文设计了一种轴承倾斜检测装置,当倾斜达到其设定值时,可发出警报以启动紧急响应。试验对拖拉机倾角实时测量算法在三轴多功能转台上进行了测试。将农业机械自动调平系统在现场进行了测试,得到了输送各种粮油物料的溜槽的最小倾角。农业自动导航车采集的图像进行倾斜校正,具有速度快、效率高、分辨误差小的特点,可以对倾斜图像进行实时校正。研究对适应现代农业大型农机或生产设施的新要求有着一定的帮助。该监测系统在施工过程中具有实际指导意义,具有推广价值。
