Abstract
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are revolutionizing precision agriculture, particularly in the domain of fertilization. Equipped with advanced sensors, mapping tools, and variable-rate application systems, drones enable farmers to precisely distribute fertilizers based on field variability. This targeted approach reduces waste, minimizes environmental impact, and optimizes crop yield. The integration of technologies such as multispectral imaging and AI-driven decision-making systems further enhances efficiency by allowing real-time assessment of soil and crop conditions. Despite their numerous advantages, challenges such as high costs, regulatory limitations, and technical scalability remain key barriers to widespread adoption.
