Abstract

To identify a suitable pelleting formulation for Leymus chinensis seeds, single-factor experiments were first conducted to determine appropriate ranges of CMC concentration, filler ratio, and seed-to-powder ratio, followed by a three-factor, three-level orthogonal experiment for optimization. Pelleting uniformity, seed-bearing rate, compressive strength, cracking time, germination rate, and emergence rate were evaluated. The results showed that all three factors affected pelleting performance. The single-factor tests identified 1.25% CMC, a filler ratio of 7:3, and a seed-to-powder ratio of 1:5 as suitable levels, whereas the orthogonal experiment identified Treatment 6 (1.25% CMC, 8:2, 1:4) as the best-performing combination.

Abstract in Chinese

为筛选适宜的羊草种子丸粒化配方,提高丸粒质量和播种均匀性,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为黏着剂、硅藻土和滑石粉为填充材料,在单因素试验筛选适宜水平范围的基础上,采用三因素三水平正交试验对配方进行优化。以丸粒化均匀率、有籽率、抗压强度、裂解时间、发芽率和出苗率为评价指标。结果表明,CMC 质量分数、填充剂配比和种粉比均会影响羊草种子丸粒化效果。单因素试验筛选出的较优水平为 CMC 质量分数 1.25%、填充剂配比 7∶3、种粉比 1∶5;在此基础上,正交试验表明第 6 号处理综合表现最好,其配方为 CMC 质量分数 1.25%、填充剂配比 8∶2、种粉比 1∶4。综合分析确定,该配方为羊草种子丸粒化较优配方,可为羊草种子丸粒化加工及机械化精量播种提供参考。
