Abstract
Agricultural power distribution networks operate in harsh environments that accelerate contact wear and degrade the accuracy of conventional loop resistance testers. This study develops an APP-based wireless three-phase synchronous loop resistance testing system featuring a UC3854-based multi-stage power factor correction architecture (0–100 A constant-current output, 82–83.17% efficiency, power factor 0.99) and a supercapacitor pulse-discharge module (16 V triggering, 230 V charging). The system achieves 0.01 μΩ measurement resolution and >10,000 MΩ insulation resistance, surpassing the typical 0.1 μΩ resolution of commercial loop resistance testers. Field tests on 110 kV GIS equipment reduced wiring time from 30 min to 10 min and measurement time from 3 min to 1 min (67% efficiency improvement, ≤1% deviation). For 500 kV GIL sections (1.2 km), five-segment testing was integrated into a single continuous measurement (80% efficiency improvement). The system provides an efficient, reliable solution with stable high-current output, strong anti-interference capability, and digital management.
